Privacy information Data controller. ROSSETTI LIVING SL is responsible for the personal data you provide through the contact form. You can write to info@rossetti.es with any questions about how your data is processed. Data we collect. We ask for your name, email address, project type and location, and a message. You may also optionally provide your phone number, floor area and approximate budget. Purpose and legal basis. We use these data to respond to your enquiry, assess your project and prepare the quotation you request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will not use the data from the form to send you advertising. Fields marked as required are necessary to process the enquiry; without them, we cannot receive it through the form. Retention. If the enquiry does not lead to a contract, we will retain its data for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication relating to it. If a service is contracted, the data necessary for that relationship will be retained for the applicable statutory periods. Once the relevant period has elapsed, the data will be deleted or, where retention is necessary to address potential liabilities, blocked in accordance with applicable law. Recipients. Persons authorised by ROSSETTI LIVING SL and the technology providers needed to host the website, manage enquiries and send email notifications may access the data. We will not disclose the data to other third parties unless required by law. Your rights. You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of processing, objection or portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, write to info@rossetti.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions based on enquiry data.
